Cipriano de Rore (1515/6-1565) was a South Netherlandish composer active mainly in Italy. A prolific composer of madrigals and Latin sacred music, a handful of chansons are ascribed to him in publications of the 1550’s. “Tout ce qu’on peut” preserved uniquely in Du Chemin’s 12e lvire of 1557.
